These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. You irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that State or location.

15. Force Majeure

NotBad Labs L.L.C. shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations under these Terms where such failure or delay results from acts of God, war, terrorism, pandemic, government actions, natural disasters, power failures, internet or telecommunications failures, or any other cause beyond our reasonable control.

16. Entire Agreement

These Terms of Service, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and NotBad Labs L.L.C. regarding the use of the Services, superseding any prior agreements between you and NotBad Labs L.L.C. relating to your use of the Services.
