NotBad Labs L.L.C. ("we", "us", or "our") operates the website notbadhq.com (the "Site") and associated mobile applications (collectively, the "Services"). This Privacy Policy informs you of our policies regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of personal information we receive from users of the Services.

1. Information Collection and Use

While using our Services, we may ask you to provide us with certain personally identifiable information that can be used to contact or identify you. Personally identifiable information may include, but is not limited to, your name and email address ("Personal Information").

Our Site is hosted on Firebase Hosting (Google LLC). Our mobile applications may use Firebase Analytics, Firebase Crashlytics, and Google Cloud services. We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer your Personal Information to outside parties.

The security of your Personal Information is important to us, but remember that no method of transmission over the Internet, or method of electronic storage, is 100% secure. While we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your Personal Information, we cannot guarantee its absolute security.

We will retain your Personal Information only for as long as is necessary for the purposes set out in this Privacy Policy. We will retain and use your Personal Information to the extent necessary to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our policies.

7. Children's Privacy (COPPA)

Our Services, including SnapDrill (小本本), are designed to be used by K-12 students with the consent and supervision of a parent or guardian. We comply with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA).

WE DO NOT knowingly collect Personal Information from children under 13 without verifiable parental consent.

If you are a parent or guardian and you provide your child with access to our Services, you are consenting to the collection and use of your child's information as described in this Privacy Policy. If we discover that a child under 13 has provided us with Personal Information without parental consent, we will delete such information from our servers immediately.

When you use our mobile applications, we may collect additional information including device identifiers, device type, operating system version, and app usage data. Our applications may process data locally on your device using on-device machine learning models. Data processed on-device is not transmitted to our servers unless explicitly stated within the application. We adhere to Apple's App Store Guidelines and Google's Play Store policies regarding data collection and privacy.
